For one. There was not toothpaste. What hotel doesn’t provide toiletries when you money to stay there. Second, the sheets had blood like stains. The carpet was stained, the pull out couch/bed stained. The remote to the tv barely worked, it was missing the back piece. The tremors tat was half way. The door in the bathroom was so dirty. Does anyone clean? And the worst part, customer service was not It. No one was ever at the front desk, I wanted to purchase toothpaste no one was around, I had to yell behind the counter for service and no one ever came. So I left the stuff and went to my room.

Very unprofessional.

I did not feel welcome at all. I tried calling 3 times to confirm my stay over the phone and was told to call back because they were extremely busy checking in people. This has never happened to me before and it shouldn’t happen to anyone . Very unprofessional costumer service to begin with. After calling the hotel over 15 times I was able to confirm my stay and before hanging up whoever I had spoken to didn’t even say thank you for calling or showed me any type of hospitality. Just very unprofessional from the very beginning to the very end. They all need some serious costumer service training. I finally get to my room with a king bed suite. The sofa bed that was in the room had a very big red stain on the mattress and pillow covers were dirty. I was there for my daughter’s graduation and I am very glad to say that I will never be staying there again. Overall the one thing we did enjoy was the hospitality at the breakfast room. The guy serving the food there was very nice and polite. We need more people like him.

My only complaint: They require you to pay a $100 security deposit after you arrive in addition to your total nightly fee. You must use a valid credit or debit card, no prepaid cards. You are supposed to receive it back in 3-5 business days. It was a surprise charge because it is never mentioned before. I feel that this is a very deceptive business practice on their part. You should make it known UPFRONT.

The music in the lobby was hideous and could be heard from our room, the room was lit up all night from the lights in the lobby, the bed was hard, coffee was terrible, ice machine on our level was broken, we had to investigate and find the gym on our own after being told twice where to find it and it was not located on that level!

Staff was friendly. Lobby is great for letting the kids stretch their legs while planning the days activities. Breakfast was good and included hot foods. AND there are two water bottle refill stations in the lobby! The espresso machine was out of hot chocolate. Despite being a no smoking hotel, several guests were smoking, and our room for the last night smelled of cigarettes. Surrounding area can be noisy as this location is next to an interstate exit.

Staff was warm, welcoming and very accommodating. The lobby was beautiful and plenty of sitting area if you wanted to relax There is also coffee with a variety of creamers that was offered every day in addition to water. The breakfast variety was very good and was different daily with the exception of bagels, toast, waffles, muffins, oatmeal and cereal which was offered daily. The coffee was very good too! The area was always kept clean and staff was always ready to replenish as food ran out. The outside set up was beautiful as well with some outdoor games set up such as beanbag toss, life size chess board with pieces and life size tic tac toe board, with plenty of seating area. The pool area was nice but was a little dirty with some bugs floating around in the pool, other wise it was nice to have the option to swim and soak up some sun. I would definitely stay very again or recommend for family when they
