The room was clean and nice none of their “refreshed” rooms as they call it. Not sure I would want to risk one that isn’t considered this based in the condition outside the property and as you walk into the building. Clearly a very rough neighbourhood, people picking through garbage there was foul smelling urine in the parking lot, run down boarded up homes down the street. But the room was nice and clean!

Very friendly staff and a hot, satisfying breakfast! The rooms were clean and well-maintained everything felt fresh and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to expand the parking area or use the old restaurant parking for hotel guests. Other than that, this is a great place to stay if you’re in Columbia very close to the Colonial Life Arena! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended! Everything about this hotel was truly amazing. The staff went above and beyond with their attentiveness, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with spotless sheets and towels. Breakfast was a highlight—abundant, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of choices to start the day right. The location is excellent: a safe area surrounded by shops, restaurants, gas stations, and expressways, making it convenient for both leisure and travel. Another great perk is that parking is included in the room price, saving guests from extra fees and adding real value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—you will not regret it!

The hotel was newly renovated but the bathroom fan was loud and needed replacing and so was the a/c unit! The staff was extremely courteous but the keycard to the rooms did not work most days, even though they blamed it on your phone. It was unacceptable because it does not happen at other hotels. Breakfast was nice everyday!! Maybe a few less carbohydrates!! I still would stay there again because the rooms were clean and I felt safe there!!!
