The staff was very courteous and helpful with helping explain that expedia was giving me the run around on getting a refund. Although I still got charged more than what the receipt from the hotel shows. I do not recommend booking with expedia

We were without water from 9 am - 5pm because there were “fixing” a problem. They ask for my cc to put on file but then end up charging it for no reasons. When I called they couldn’t locate when I stayed at the hotel. It wasn’t pleasant and will not be staying at another one of their hotel.

Room was in great condition, but hallways and neighbors were very noise, all hours of the night. Outside of hotel in parking lot, several drunk roudy folks, and folks smoking pot in front of the hotel.
