Floors were gritty, walking into the room, went into the bathroom and obviously had not been cleaned. They were still hairs all around the toilet and tub from previous stays😬 brought it to the attention of the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. Also requested an extra blanket and none were available breakfast. The next morning they try to pass off. Everything is real orange juice, which was glorified Tang and coffee was horrible!

I don’t know how we requested a handicap access room, perhaps it was the only double available. Either way, handicap people also need to use a mirror in the bathroom. How is one expected to shave without a mirror? The telephone in the room had no instructions on how to call the front desk. Usually dialing zero works, but not this time. No special button for the front desk either. Also, no hooks in the bathroom to hang any towels. No storage spots in the bathroom either. I guess handicap people don’t need those things.
In place of a mirror, you get another electrical outlet up high where handicap people in wheelchairs cannot reach (handicap people being the reason given go us why that room does not need a mirror in the first place).

The rooms were clean and well kept and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet at night and the blinds kept the room nicely dark. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and the staff was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again!

Their breakfast was subpar. They made sausage gravy out of cream of mushroom soup n sausage mixed in. Served reconstituted eggs with no flavor. Not used to being robbed. Will not be going there again bc btwn the beds that were impossibly tall and hard to get into and uncomfortable I didn't appreciate being charged twice for my room.

I think the hotel is absolutely beautiful! Love the design. The staff were very friendly and passionate about taking care of their guests. My only issue was moving twice from a maintenance issue and missing chair but it took 3 moves with no compensation or upgrade. Most importantly was cleanliness and I gave that a 2 star. The toilet was not cleaned, the showers were not cleaned properly with built up in corners, floors were not throughly cleaned. But the professionalism demonstrated by the hotel staff was exceptional.
