Everything was nice, the incidentals hold is kind of high for this area. Other hotels are maybe $50 and they want $100. They could come down on that charge hold

Website had a fitness center listed. I usevthem when iI travel for my physical therapy Fitness center was not in operation They had office center listed on website. What thry had was a small desktop computer and a small screen on a countertop. No chair, no printer and on fax machine Toilet sear was so loose i almost fell off I will not be staying at this location next time i visit

We stayed here after the USC football game. The problems we ran into were 1. The beds are VERY firm. If you don’t enjoy a firm mattress, this is not the place for you. 2. Our toilet was clogged upon arriving. When we called the front desk we were told there was no plunger on site and we’d have to wait until morning to see if someone could fix it. By then we were checking out so very inconvenient. 3. The breakfast was subpar. Would stay somewhere else in the future.

I really enjoyed the friendliness upon my arrival to check in, they were very kind and courteous, and the lobby smelled amazing. My room was nice, very up today, however, the bed is definitely uncomfortable they need new mattresses, when I call to ask for towels the next day I was questioning about my request, however they did bring them. I saw a roach and the bedroom part, that pertured me a little bit to think that I could be bringing roaches home with me. However, all in all it was a pleasant stay, but y'all could do something about the parking lot absolutely horrible as far as parking late night. Thank you

My husband and i stayed 2 nights the first night i noticed on the bathroom sink there was a bar of used soap the second night i was going to warm up my sleep mask in the microwave but when i went to open the door a roach ran out from under the microwave so i didnt use it!! I wont be back Roaches in room 112

It was OK. Things were not as clean as other places ive stayed. The pool looked dirty like needed a good bottom clean and there wre big rolls of stuff around it like for some soon to be done work or something.
