Very nice, room was clean, after a short time found out the television remotes did not work, I went to the front desk, he came to our room and tried to fix the problem, found out there was no way to fix it at that time and went back to the desk and gave us a different room, made sure the room was okay, very nice receptionist, we moved all our luggage and had a wonderful evening, nice room and very quiet. Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay there.

It was fine.

Older hotel, but new townhouse room we stayed in was nice. Lakeview room did have a view of the lake, howevee the majority of the view was the Marine store. It was okay. Just not what we expected. The Encore was nice and had a good band. Swim up pool was nice as well. Was not a fan of being charged in pieces for our stay, one hit to the card woukd have been enough.

The swim up bar is amazing. I recommend better music or mix the music up instead of only country. The room was not clean at all. Housekeeping came back and I helped her clean the room so we could sleep. When I called the front desk about it she was not friendly.

I hate to leave a poor review but there’s not much good I can say about our two night visit to this facility. Upon check in, I requested that the facility remove the card on file and replace it with another card. They failed to do that, therefore all charges were applied to a card that I only wanted to use to reserve the room. The staff member at check out simply commented that they failed to swap the cards in the system as I requested. Simple request that was mishandled. When we checked into our room, it was late in the evening. We noticed that the outside light was directly over our door. Upon entering our room, tons of bugs entered as well. Little did we know, they were simply joining the bugs that were already in the room. The bed and bathroom had bugs all over, along with dirt and “body hair”. My girlfriend found a portion of a weave under the desk next to the TV. When we presented these concerns shortly after checking in, we were given two new bed sheets and were told that the room would be cleaned the following morning. When we returned the following afternoon and being gone all morning, we found that the floor had been mopped but nothing else had been done. The weave was, and still is, where we found it. My Mom, Girlfriend, and her daughter slept on top of their clean clothes all weekend. The beds were dirty and disgusting. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, truthfully. All other amenities were completely overshadowed by the poorly cleaned rooms.

Beds are like bed boards, expected pillow tops for price. Can see the river "lake" from window but hardly lake view. Lol. 1/4 mile away and buildings in the way for true water front lake view. The spent money on their new indoor/outdoor center, not the hotel. Not much better then motel 6/super 8. Bathtub drips, rooms very small, mildew smell. Pool bar looked nice but "heated pool" is like 80 heated, not 95 heated. So on cool days, easy pass. "Resort" is laighable as its not at all. Also nothing in town stays open passed 10pm on memorial day weekend. I guess jesus is coming or something

Disappointed

Older resort with some remodeling done. Our room was ok. Couch was hard and uncomfortable. The bed was horrendous. Sleeping in the parking lot would probably be comfortable. The mattress was about 3 inches thick and hard. Originally booked as a three night stay but left after one night.
