College Orientation

Hotel has paid parking available through an app but parking spaces are too small. I am sure this has to do with being in the city. We arrived late in the evening and there was only one very tight spot available. Room had an adjustable thermostat but it didn’t do much to change the temperature. You can adjust the temperature on the thermostat but they must have it where it only gets to certain temperatures. There were several options for breakfast. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly.

I booked a room and couldn't stay cause I wasn't told that there was a 250 dollar deposit so I couldn't check in I offered cash but they wouldn't accept it so I never stayed and still couldn't refund my money that day still waiting on it

The breakfast was amazing. The service was top tier. The desk service was exceptional and friendly. The only think if i had to complain qould be the water in shower was inconsistent. It was hot in the morning and not in the evenings.

It was new. The door in room 244 didn’t close properly. Sink water was hot only, no cold. It was very loud in the evening lobby. Eggs were scorched . Parking was horrendous. Not only do you pay, you aren’t guaranteed a spot even after paying! Ridiculous and will never stay at another Tru Hilton. Very disappointed since reviews were all excellent.

Beds very uncomfortable and pillows were also. Loud noises, probably due to location of ice machine, but also strange creaking and boom type sounds. Staff all very nice.
