The customer service is terrible. There was a few roaches found in our room. I have a video as well as photo evidence. I was told I would be issued a refund but I haven’t heard anything back. The rooms were very spacious however not clean and the beds were terrible!! We had hair on the walls , on the vanity and on our bedding when we turned them down. There was food on the floor when we opened the pullout sofa . The room was not cleaned properly! The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable! Be aware that the hotel is very noisy & you constantly hear police & sirens or at least during our stay it was every night all night. On a positive the front desk staff was very friendly!
