We stayed at this location in February and March. Both times they were out of food items at breakfast. February the only thing they had was sausage. (You could make a waffle. You had to eat it with a spoon though, as they were out of forks). This time, they only had bacon. Both times no eggs and both times said the truck didn't come. Luckily there was a McD across the street. Beds were comfortable. Front desk people were pleasant.

It's a minor thing but important. The alarm clock did NOT work. Front desk could not replace? or did not want to? Or did not understand that it did not work. English was not their third or fourth language.

Just Right for a Business Trip !

I was here for job training and the room was clean and the bed was actually comfortable. The bathroom was nicer than other hotel chains and the refrigerator was excellent - it kept my drinks COLD!

The hotel is in good shape but the service is real bad. We stayed for 7 nights and requested our room to be cleaned or at least to be refreshed (Towels & Trash). I ask every morning and evening for service and was assured they would. We did this for 7 nights and it was never was cleaned.

Just ok for the price.

Loud! Could hear everything happening in the hall, especially the doors. Ice machine on our floor and one of the elevators were out of service. Breakfast area needs a second waffle iron. Shower did not have a door, only a glass wall on the shower head side. It was stupid-cold in there. This was NOT a handicap-accessible room!

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. Staff was friendly. Walkable to nearby restaurants and gas station. Short 15 minute drive to short north Columbus area where we did a fun pub crawl. We didn't want to pay the high prices of hotel stay on high street so we opted for a short drive for something more affordable. Would recommend!
