Staff extremely helpful and responsive. Building extremely secure. When something goes wrong, they are quick to fix the problem! Skyway connects directly to convention center — no need to go outside.

We arrived they had pur room ready. Unfortunately the room was right by the construction so we had a horrible view and our curtains did close full so all the lights from outside came in. Then went to the bar not enough staff for the area. I asked for a drink and watched her serve everyone but me. I finally ordered an "easy" drink so i could get something. I have stayed here before and none of this happened. Hopefully they can fix it before our next stay.

Great price and room, awesome location and love the skywalk to get around in the cold! The room was clean and nice, loved the big bed and the bathroom had all the things you needed no need to travel with shampoo, body wash, or hair dryer if you don’t need to/don’t have a preference!
