Clean, comfortable, and convenient, but pricey.

The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but the food was amazing. Unfortunately the issues we experienced with our room resevations during our stay caused much confusion with the staff. We booked through Hotels.com and had multiple reservations in the system due to the inability to modify our original reservation to extend our stay. Although we did not have to physically move rooms, we had to return to the front desk each day to "check out and back in" to our rooms and have our key cards reset during our three night stay. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was not aware of how long we were staying and continuously entered our room despite the fact we were not scheduled to check out until Sunday. They even entered prior to checkout time and even came in to clean after being told we were not checking out until the following day and to stop entering the room. It was a hassle and not worth it for the price of the hotel, additional daily fees, and pricey parking fees.

Love the hotel but the lighting in the lobby and restaurant is terrible at night. Wow. Get some warm lighting, possibly? Or those warm battery powered candlelights on the tables? Would make a world of difference.

This was a very average hotel. There was nothing that impressed, nor anything that dissapointed. Things were generally clean, the room had a bit of a mildew smell, they do add on a $40+ 'destination' fee, and the location is not downtown and not in the campus area.

Room was spacious, very nice industrial look, comfortable bed. Awesome restaurant and bar. Only thing I will say negative is that the room could be completely dusted and cleaned throughout that is all. Very nice hotel.

Front desk staff was superb. Even on 12 th floor it was noisy at night with cars going past with bass blasting. Construction going on so hard for Ubers to find me.

Toilet would run every 5 minutes. Had to close bathroom door and leave tv on to block out the noise. Room listing showed additional seating other than just the bed. No coach or chars. Parking is outrageous and they never offered me my vip $19 credit or food vouchers. Staff was friendly and the bar area was nice.
