Overall room was very spacious and unique which I loved ! But my couch was missing leather to the pillows in the lounge area of the room Another thing we noticed is that the levels between floors must be very thin because we heard walking above our heads all morning starting at 6am and could hear each time they flushed the toilet or used the shower . Which caused a restless early morning

Comfortable Hotel

We enjoyed our stay here. The hallways were not the cleanest, but the room and the lounge area were clean. The only real issue (and very minor issue) is that we ran out of disposable coffee cups for the in-room coffee. There were enough towels, etc., but a couple of extra disposable coffee cups for two people over two mornings would have been nice. It did not bother us enough to make a special request, but I thought I would put that here as feedback. The location was great. A lot of interesting things were within walking distance. Parking was easy, but a little pricey.

We booked a king or double queen standard room We got a single queen bed wheelchair accessible room! Because the bathroom was wheelchair accessible it provided NO counter space. Also the parking charge was not clear. The parking lot is not owned by the hotel. It’s $20 a day only if you don’t go in and out. If you go in and out throughout the day you’ll end up paying a lot more. The valet parking was $42 a day not including tipping the valet every time you went in and out. For the amount we paid we expected more.

We were given a handicapped accessible room that we didnt ask for. There was a huge trippable hump in the carpet the full length of the room. The toilet paper was the cheapest stuff possible but otherwise was nice. I also asked for dairy topping on side and in the lounge. They took it away to bring non dairy out but still charged me for the incorrect food. I didnt get a credit for it.

Busy night in Cbus.

Was a busy night there Saturday w Ohio State graduation, large wedding, and a Volleyball tournament. Restaurant was very good. Very good breakfast buffet as well as other meals. Parking staff was able to handl the volume.

We were in town for a college graduation. Booked a loft but found it dingy and dirty and changed to a regular room. The room was clean but areas by elevators and hallways always needed vacuuming. No daily service but you are able to change out towels and get whatever you need. Ate lunch downstairs and it was good. It looked like it was in a good area to explore Columbus, but it was a rainy weekend. Beds were good, pillows ok, staff very friendly and accommodating.

The property is situated in a very great location where you can take a walk to nearby restaurants and also take a tour to the arena. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and responsive. The housekeeping service is quite slow. We requested for housekeeping at 8am and at 1pm when we returned to the room, it was yet to be cleaned. The facilities are just average. The light in my room was flickering. The sockets around the desk where the coffee table was connected were defective so we couldn’t use the coffee maker. We thought the coffee maker was faulty and they provided a new one, but still wasn’t working and that’s when we knew the sockets were faulty.
