We took a spur of the moment trip to Columbus to visit the zoo and COSI. We spent one night here. Everything was very nice, updated, and clean. The room was quiet. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. They do serve breakfast but it is not included with your room rate. Save your time and money and do not purchase the breakfast buffet. We decided to do because we had two kids with us and thought it would be quick and convenient. It was $17 per adult and $10 per child. It only had a few items and the pasties were moldy. It was basically the same breakfast you expect to get at any other hotel that is usually included in your room. Overall it is a great hotel and we will likely stay here again on our next trip to Columbus but will plan to grab breakfast elsewhere.

Was awakened by the fire/smoke alarm in room going off several times. went to lobby and spoke with manager who was extremely unconcerned and kept saying it was probably "just a battery". when I persisted he said he would send someone up to look at it. I stayed up until after 1:00 AM waiting and no one showed up. I had difficulty sleeping the rest of the night due to concerns
