The room was quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My husband and I both slept great! Lots of good coffee shops near by. In a great part of town! Fun, quirky hotel.

We travel to Columbus for our dogs 13th birthday and decided to stay at the graduate because it is dog friendly! Henry truly had such a great time! From the staff to the location in Cincinnati truly treated us great! We cannot wait to come back this was a great weekend getaway everything was just perfect. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Pricey but worth it

We stay at a Graduate hotel near us in Annapolis all the time. While this one was wonderful, it was WAY smaller of a room than our usual graduate. But it worked for what needed it for. Service was great at the front desk. Valet people were nice but pricey for pretty much parking your car yourself then having them move it. Then when we needed something from the car they had to go get it for us which was a little Inconvenient. We went to the bar “homage” one night and it was ok. The service was sub par. The two people working the bar were on their phones the whole time and had a speaker playing music very loudly behind the bar. The location of this hotel is the best part. So close and easy to get everywhere! We were in town for the Arnold and it was the perfect walking distance to get there without being too far! We would stay again for sure.

Was supposed to have two rooms with king beds. Instead one room had a king and one had two double beds. Was told a second room with a king bed wasn’t available. Asked about room cleaning and was told it would be taken care. But neither room was cleaned during our stay. We were out of the rooms fron 10 am to 11 pm and came back to a dirty room.

The staff is always very friendly. The location is excellent. You arrive, give your car to the valet parking and you don't need to see the car again for the length of your stay. This part of N. High St. is packed with shopping boutiques and every type of dinning. All in a safe family environment even at night.

We love the unique style of this hotel. We’ve come back multiple times. The only downside is the very expensive and unnecessary valet parking. We didn’t even utilize the service because it is inconvenient to hand over the keys and also retrieve them - not to mention any obligation to tip when the parking is only feet from the entrance to the hotel.
