The refrigerator in the room had old smelly food in it. There was fruit snacks in between the cushions of the pullout couch. Hard snacks shoved against the bed on the floor. We only had hand towels in the bathroom and had to call down for body towels so we could take showers. The staff apologized for these things but it was a bit too many issues for me to really enjoy the stay….it made me question how well they cleaned the room.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable!! The shower was amazing! Had a nice drink at the bar downstairs and the breakfast bar had everything you could want with fresh make yourself fluffy waffles!

There’s only one staff member working on a weekend which made checking in and out longer. Our air conditioner was very loud, no vending machines for drinks, and the chrome cast does not work.

The staff was very nice and accommodating to me and my granddaughters stay. The mattress was very lumpy. And you could hear the children in the room beside us all night long!! There was also a whistling sound when the heater ran, which kept me up off and on all night long
