When i showed up i was told that my reservation was not in the system and they had no other openings. I stayed somewhere else and they still charged my Credit card and then when i called them to inquire they gave me the run around and wouldn't refund my $409.00.

BAd vibes the moment we walked in and the guy at the desk was ABSOLUTELY unprofessional. PEople keep dogs in the room and they were barking all night. They also have no elevators so good luck getting that luggae on the 2nd floor
