Shower was terrible.

The hotel was ok, nicely decorated. What made our stay unsatisfactory was the shower. The showerhead was not on well, actually taped to the pipe. Water pressure was nonexistent and the water shot out of the top of the head and sprayed all over the room making everything wet. We will be staying at one of the other hotels in the area in the future. This was inexcusable.

The double queen bed rooms are small, but clean. The best part about this hotel is the breakfast. They usually keep the area pretty clean in the breakfast area.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice. The laminated flooring was lifting in places. The door closer was not present. The window was two plates of glass beside each other and allowed us to have a normal conversation with someone standing outside as if there was not a window there. The faucet at the sink read reversed. Cold water on the left side and the hot on the right. We will not return.

Check in was bad. It was under my google name Honest Abe. She told me I had wrong booking number. After I showed the reservation number she said it was wrong and wanted me to email her a copy, then she tried taking a photo of my id, which I found exceptionally odd and I refused. She gave me the room after I complained. I was also under the assumption there would be breakfast from 6 am to 9 am, but when I came down all the food was gone, I stood around waiting for them to refill for ten minutes before going to front desk to ask them to make more. On top of all that, the elevator looked sketchy. There was caulk in the corners and the railing inside was broken and hanging. SMH, take a little pride in your business!

We actually were put in the wrong room. I was given a key card that said room 201 but guest services said to go to room 401. The door to room 401 opened after several attempts but the next morning we were locked out. The guest service person was confused why we were in that room which i explained what happened but stated we were going to be late to an appt. They finally were able to open the door to get our car keys. In the middle of the second night, someone tried to enter our room and I was very scared. Other than the wrong room being given to us, our stay was good

Room and bathroom were very clean with newer bathroom shower. Problem with drop in water pressure during shower was reported. Also, outside freeway noise on room facing that direction was disturbing. However, staff reported that new windows are currently being installed. Friendly staff.

I never did receive my deposit back from them the lady at the desk told us we would receive our deposit back after we checked out it’s been two weeks now and still no deposit from them and when I call they put me on hold and never came back to the phone called again a week later and phone just kept ringing

There were loiterers outside the front entrance of the hotel at all times of the day. The floors in the rooms were uneven, there was an odor throughout.
