My only complaint was at 830 am the cleaning staff knocked on door to see if I had checked out. I think that seems a bit aggressive seeing checkout was at noon.

I was in Columbus to visit my son at OSU. I found the location to be convenient, maybe six minute drive to campus. Clean, comfortable beds, well appointed amenities. Quiet although my room was directly across from the ice machine and I could hear people in the hall a couple times. My room looked out over the river. The placement of the rooms are a bit odd in that you have to walk a ways to get to the correct elevator that takes you down to the lobby. It was a bit confusing. If you take the wrong elevator, you end up in a hallway of more hotel rooms and have to walk quite a bit to find the lobby. I was even told you had to walk outside to get to the lobby if you take the wrong elevator. It would be helpful if there was more information and instruction around that. Otherwise, a nice stay. Not a lot around for food options.
