We were given a room and the key pad battery died. We tried three different sets of keys before a new room was given. We were then put in a room that had toenails sitting by the bed side, dried noodles on the bathroom floor. One bath towel and no extra toilet paper in the room. Between the hours of midnight and 2am there was a crowd of people loud and obnoxious outside of our room. The bed felt like it was going to break. Overall it was terrible. The front counter lady was very nice.

Very nice stay. Had exactly everything we needed. Location was so nice because you are close but on the outskirts of all the hustle bustle of the university district. It was nice having a couple fast food locations next door for a quick bite to eat. Definitely keeping this place in mind should we come to the area again!!!

The first room had not been cleaned. The bed was messy, there was a white substance on the counter, and empty toilet paper roll stuff full of something that I couldn’t tell what it was, and toilet paper in the toilet. There was also a full cup of coffee sitting on the sink. It was obvious that the room had been used.

Not happy with my room and the feel of the motel.

I understand that there was work being done at the property. I can sort of handle handle that. But the office was in a tiny, cramped room. In my room, there was no shower curtain. And no remote for the tv. The whole vibe felt “off” to me. I decided to leave immediately. I went back to the office and asked for a refund. The woman at the desk was helpful. I had no problem with her. She refunded my $50 deposit to my credit card. But she said I’d need to get a full refund from you, Hotels.com. So I’m doing that now. My name is David W Johnson. Please let me know what else I have to do to secure my refund.

The remodel and upgrades were very nice!! The shower was amazing. There were strong smells of weed in certain areas/rooms. But thankful it was not near or around our room. Overall, I was very please with the room for the price. We stayed here a few years ago, and it was not this nice, so it was a pleasant surprise.

The lobby was being renovated when we arrived, and the check-in was in a room on the main floor (a little bit odd), but once we got to our room, it was fine, fully renovated, clean sheets, and the best thing in the room was the shower. It had a great water pressure! I enjoyed my showers. I guess once the lobby is renovated, everything will look more in place.
