Lazy front desk employees

I was unhappy with the front desk on the checkout day. There was no water at the cute little lemonade stand. It was just ice. I asked them nicely if it would be refilled soon. They looked at each other and were not very friendly. Then she said I’m sorry you’ll have to buy a bottled water. She said she didn’t know how to refill the water and that it wouldn’t be changed until the staff shift when someone else came on duty. I just did not think that they were friendly and they seemed annoyed that I asked. It really made me sad that they dismissed me. They were not busy and there was no one at the front desk at the time. The water could’ve easily been refilled.

The Sheraton suites I would recommend to have a relaxing vacation because of the pool and gym. The hotel clerks were helpful and knowledgeable about the business.

Honest Review

Great experience! A few blemishes in the room, such as the bedroom door missing some wood, tape on the walls from previous banners, as well as baseboards being detached from the wall in the bathroom. Smaller, but worth mentioning, was that there weren’t any tissues, only a couple that were left in the box from the previous guest. The front desk was happy to accommodate with a new box of tissues, as well as an apology for the inconvenience. The bathtub also had a loose and slipping knob for the bath, as well as a crooked spout that could turn freely. I would certainly recommend staying here, but I would advise you to not look for the fine details.(dust, drywall work, paint, etc)

Should have listened to the reviews. Walking in room it was dirty lights switches visibly dirty, bathroom counter top and sink as well was the shower. Living room side table had hair and dirty. It was like the room definitely didn’t get wiped down or mopped, the hotel is nice and staff is great but not clean at all in the rooms.
