The staff went above and beyond to park my oversized van. It was greatly appreciated. The room was nice. The staff was excellent. As I approached the front desk to check in, the person at the front desk noticed I had trouble with a bad knee and, without asking, changed my room location closer to the elevator. Excellent service! Great location for the convention center. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the mini fridge in the room was only a fridge and no freezer (which I need for the ice packs I use on my knee). I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there the next time I come to a convention.

Room was nice and the bed was comfortable! My biggest upset was that there was construction happening in the room next to us. I was hoping for a morning sleeping in but that didn’t happen once the construction began. Would be nice if they didn’t book rooms close to one under repair.

Large room with 15 foot ceilings. Super quite. The layout is such that every room is on the outside. We didn't hear anyone else the entire weekend which was busy with the convention center.

I spent extra for a superior loft king room seeing that it looked more boutique and spacious from the photos and description. The room I booked was not available when I arrived, they put in me a different room that was supposedly an upgrade, but seemed much smaller than the advertised room I booked. Heat did not work in the first room, I had to go back down and across the street to the front desk to get a new room. It's pretty inconvenient that you have to go outside to get to the hotel lobby from the historic building. Once I was in the new room it was fine, but nothing spectacular for the price. Everything was dusty and it didn't seem like the room had been used in a while. Furniture was kind of beat up and the tub was dirty. It served the purpose for one night, but I was disappointed I spent extra to book what seemed to be a fancy room, only to get let down.

The room was very nice, however it was only set up for 1 person for amenities. 1 wash cloth, 1 coffee pod. Check in was easy. Valet parking was great but we should have called for our car much earlier because we waited about 30 minutes before they brought it up. The restaurant in the lobby was fantastic. Good food and very friendly attentive staff. We will definitely stay here again.
