Convenient & safe for solo business traveler

Skywalks on the 2nd floor connect Sonesta to the Columbus Convention Center across the street and the Chestnut St. parking structure around the corner, saving me money, time, and hassle. The friendly clerk gave me a $10 credit toward food/beverage purchases, and replaced my misplaced key card with no problem. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Teenagers staying for some convention were a bit noisy in the hallways.
Appreciated the bathtub. Lifted out the plastic seat for more room.
Not sure why, but couldn't seem to close the larger curtains for blackout effect.
Mini-fridge, easy-to-use thermostat, coffeemaker, huge flat screen TV, and comfortable bed.

Stayed 1 night. Convenient/walking distance to arena for concert. Used valet parking (was a little pricey) but was just 1 night. Hotel nice and welcoming. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Room clean, beds comfortable. Hotel restaurant had good food and drinks. Would stay there again.

Would put this down as average overall. Great spot for visiting the greater Columbus convention centre. Front desk staff weren’t too friendly or helpful but restaurant staff were fantastic. Room wasn’t as clean as we’d have liked and all noise from the corridors travelled into the room. Little convenience area down near the front desk came in handy.

We did not like how we did not know there was no where to park unless you parked far on the street. They offered valet for an additional $42.00. We also had no idea there was an additional resort fee that we had to pay upon arrival which was $25.00. Our stay turned into $340.00 for one night.

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere. Close to shopping, food, and entertainment! Very safe building, key card needed for entrance to building and elevator. Easy check in and out. Valet parking is convenient and quick and comparable to public parking.
