Tub was dirty had pubic hairs in it, sheets were dirty, tv didn’t work and I was told it was something with the cable company… I couldn’t get any other room in Columbus because they were all booked. I came from Atlanta and had no choice but to stay because of the events that were booked in advance for my daughters birthday.

Ceiling in the lobby was leaking and the hallway on the 2nd floor was cut open with debris everywhere but they fixed and cleaned it fast.
