The hotel is new and clean. We enjoyed the layout and modern atheistic. The location was convenient and the price was good. We couldn't have asked for more.

We booked a room on March 15. We specifically chose your hotel because it had EV chargers. We are on a road trip and needed our car to charge overnight. It has a very low battery and there is a risk that it could run out before we reach another charging station. However, when we arrived the parking spaces for the EV chargers were occupied with cars that didn’t need to use them. We paid extra for your hotel for this connivence. We could have stayed at another hotel equally as nice for $40 less, but we reasoned that it would save us valuable time the next day. I’m sure you can understand how disappointed we are tonight. How can this problem be fixed in the future? Perhaps you can place cones or another barrier in those spots and let guests know that if they use them when they aren’t charging a vehicle, then they could be towed. This is a problem, but it can be fixed by your hotel since you are advertising this service to your clients. It would also help to empower your employees to be able to do more than just say “sorry, I can’t do anything”.

Was a nice hotel. The pool and gym were nice. Room was clean. Only complaint was just all the construction around the area, but that is obviously not the hotels fault. Staff was nice. It was a nice stay for a reasonable price with breakfast included.

I booked my stay through Expedia and upon checkin was told that they couldn’t use my booking and they would have to do my check in the regular way. The manager informed me that I would receive a refund from Expedia when the system recognizes that my card was not charged through the booking.

Dont stay here if you're a light sleeper

Positives: new property, no carpet, shower is decent sized and had good water pressure, clean linens, TV had Netflix app, excellent black out drapes, and bed was firm but reasonably comfortable, pool, and pool table in the lobby. Negatives: 0 soundproofing, tons of street noise and you could hear everything in the hotel (this didn't bother me, but it would be awful for a light sleeper), very small space, no freezer in dorm sized fridge, no coffeemaker or microwave in room.

15 min Uber from downtown Columbus. Clean, nice staff. It sits on a busy highway with no pedestrian crossing. There are quite a few food options near by, but unable to access by foot.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was super clean, especially loved no carpet in the room! Very comfortable bed(s) and great water pressure in the shower. Hotel staff was very welcoming and courteous.

I had a three-night reservation booked over a month in advance through Expedia. However, upon my arrival at 1:30 AM—with my two young children asleep in the lobby—I was informed that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notice or explanation. After speaking with the front desk, they contacted the General Manager, who claimed that my card was declined. This was impossible, as I had already paid through Expedia, and the hotel did not have my card on file. Despite this, I was told there were no available rooms and was left to find alternate accommodations at 2 AM. Following a lengthy discussion with Expedia’s customer service, I was informed that I could return to the hotel and book a room directly—but at a drastically inflated rate of $850, which was $340 more than my original reservation. It is deeply concerning and unethical that a room suddenly became available at a higher price after I had been turned away. As a result of this situation, I was forced to wait in my car with my children in the cold, and I am now being asked to pay significantly more for the same room I had already reserved. This experience was not only distressing but also unacceptable in terms of customer service and ethical business practices.
