Oléandre is a charming holiday house for 8 people in the southwest of France, located near the village of Coly Saint Amand. This characteristic, typical French holiday house has a private enclosed swimming pool and a nice terrace, which overlooks the surrounding countryside.
Inside
On the ground floor is the living/dining room with fireplace, TV and stereo and a basic kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine is also present.
Bedrooms/bathrooms:
In total there are 4 bedrooms. The first is on the ground floor and has a double bed and bathroom with washing machine and toilet. The other bedrooms are on the first floor, one room with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one room with a bunk bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom and a toilet. Baby bed is present!
Outside
The large garden has a covered terrace with a ping pong table and barbecue. The enclosed private swimming pool measures 8 by 4 metres.

Montinac-Lascaux is 5 kilometres away, where you will find many shops. Coly St. Amand is located in the Dordogne between the well-known tourist towns of Sarlat and Montignac. Coly Saint Amand belongs to the association of 151 most beautiful villages in France. Restaurants and groceries are 1.5 kilometres away. Supermarkets are 7 kilometres away in Terrasson.The medieval town of Terrasson is 7 kilometres away and is situated in a fairytale setting on the Vézère river. In Terrasson you will find all the shops you need. There are 5 large supermarkets. There are also several restaurants; in the old and new parts. Montignac is 10 kilometres away, known for the Lascaux Caves; the first caves where drawings of prehistoric man were found. Montignac is a pleasant town with many restaurants along the river and 2 supermarkets. 40 kilometres away is the capital of the Dordogne, Sarlat, situated in the heart of the Perigord Noir between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, a medieval town renowned for its atmosphere, food and buildings! Salignac-Eyvigues 17 kilometres away is a pretty town with a castle.
