The hotel itself is beautiful lovely sea views, clean facilities, and a great location. But unfortunately, the reception experience let everything down. We were told we were getting a free upgrade (which we hadn’t asked for), only to be given the exact room we had already paid for. Check-in was slow over 30 minutes with no apology or offer of a drink, and we had to keep chasing. The staff member who handled it was unfriendly and dismissive. Throughout the stay, calling reception was frustrating. It took ages for anyone to pick up the phone, and we waited a long time for basic answers especially when asking for a simple 30-minute late checkout, which no one followed up on. Even after checking out, while we waited in the lobby, we were made to feel unwelcome receiving unfriendly looks as though we should leave. It really took away from what could’ve been a lovely break. Sadly, I wouldn’t return after this experience or recommend it to others.

An amazing hotel to stay at. Spot on for being clean, tidy, spotless. The staff are brilliant, Remesh who work around the pool is amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful & kind. Im disabled he went full out in helping me, with everything. George & Joseph who work on the desk, very helpful & knowledgeable. Would definitely highly recommend it

The property is in a very convenient location and the rooms are cozy and the breakfast delicious. Well, we were not originally put in the room had requested, the staff were able to move us to a Seaview rum by the next day. Staff were very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay there again!

Front desk upon check in was curt and unfriendly. The rug in our room was badly stained. The floors in the room were not clean. The concierge seemed chronically annoyed with simple questions.. not helpful at all. On several evenings around 11:30pm children were screaming and crying in the hallways. The pool area was over crowded. Breakfast was quite loud and very busy. With all the hotel choices in the area, I would not recommend hotel to anyone considering visiting Malta.

We felt this hotel was a destination in its own right. We could easily have spent the week here without leaving. One of the most idyllic locations of a hotel we have ever stayed in. There is however no end of things to do and see within walking distance and for trips further afield endless excursions can be booked at the hotel or locally.

Very modern hotel . Rooms were very nice and clean. Service from all the staff is amazing . The Rocky area by the sea is a real plus. The gym and pools are also good. Area around the hotel isn’t the best . Very built up and a fair amount of construction.

From first booking to the moment we left, the hotel staff were second to none. Very attentive to your every need. The hotel was immaculately clean. The food was of excellent quality. If we ever visit Malta again, I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know visiting…absolutely loved it!
