Como is waiting for you at this marvelous studio, renovated entirely in 2024. This cozy retreat features a king sofa bed (sturdy and comfortable, 160 * 200cm) and a single sofa bed (77 * 190cm) , perfect for a couple or a couple and a child.
With a fully equipped kitchen, modern AC, jacuzzi bathtab, balcony and fast wifi and you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay - and we also have free parking in our street. The flat is located inside a secure and peaceful gated development with porter and CCTV, overlooking an interior garden, Como hills and Castle Bardello.
We are 3 min walk from the old town gate and we have all amenities nearby within a few minutes distance - from shops, restaurants, museums to pharmacy and postal office. The Duomo Cathedral is 10 min walk and the Lake Como is 15 min walk away, whilst the forest path to Brunate is also at easy reach in 10 min (always walking distance - like all attractions).
