What a wonderful stay we had! Although it was a self-check in hotel, the room and service we had was great, great communication throughout, wonderful recommendations of places to eat. And to top it off, they helped my partner plan a proposal for me which was exceptional!😍 very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend!

This is a lovely room we a balcony, it is on a busy roundabout but that didn’t detract from the lovely view we had.

Great location and clean room. The guidance in our checkin instructions were to scan a QR code on the wall once we are inside. Everything was wrong. The Wifi ID/PW were all wrong. The website it seng me to was a waste of my time. I had call to get Wifi. On the ladt day I gound a little piece of paper that provided a list of restsurants and some sightseing tips. That was too late.

Lovely room, communicative staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Stanze del Lago Lake view. Elisabetta was very communicative and easy to work with, and our room was genuinely beautiful, with a little balcony overlooking the lake (and a roundabout haha, but that's Como!) Our only issue was that the number we were supposed to call to check in didn't work, and if a guest hadn't come by, we wouldn't have been able to get into the building. Just as a heads up to the team, especially if others have had this problem! Otherwise, a lovely stay, thanks.

The location is the best and close to everything. Had trouble accessing property but once inside it was all good. Nice and clean. Keep the awning partially closed for privacy because the windows are visible to people passing

The room was everything I wanted for my stay in Como. A gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony, clean, modern accommodations, and a brief walk from everything you want to see and experience. Checkin was easy and the staff was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The room was really clean and modern, the bathroom and over facilities were really good. The hotel is in a brilliant location, right by the lake, bus/train station with a super market underneath. I couldn't fault my stay and would definitely recommend.

We loved this stay! The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The property is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Plus the location is extremely convenient. We had a car and were able to find ample paid parking in the area. Would come back again and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

City Tax payment method

Great location, clean room, close to everything. Paying for city tax was a major problem. First, they wanted you to pay the city tax, providing your credit card or bank information outside the Hotel. Com secure platform. Secondly, La Stanza would not meet you at their Hotel to pay the city tax. We had to go to their reception office to pay the city tax. It was located in a place that was very difficult to find. On the day we arrived it was pouring rain, needless to say it was a horrible experience. La Stanza needs to fix their city tax payment method.

Fabulous stay in perfect location

The rooms are even better in person! We were delighted with the huge room size and view from the balcony. The whole place is very luxurious and had very thoughtful details like snacks with the coffee machine. My only complaint about the room is that there is one small trash can in the bathroom, it would be nice to have a larger one in the room especially for longer stays. Location is absolutely perfect, right on the lake and near many restaurants.

Great place with view of lake como. Quite noisy as on very busy road junction but no great issue for us. Parking is very difficult but once we found a spot it was ok. Lots of local restaurants and town centre a short walk away.

The property was a little hard to find but excellent once you got inside. Also, it’s a little loud as it’s on a main street but once the metal shutters are rolled down, it’s much quieter. All in all, it’s an excellent place to stay
