Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Not a good start.

We are travelling through Italy by train. All booked hotels are within a reasonable walking distance, for this it was 12 minutes. Due to poor communication, we had to walk to the office which was 15 minutes from the train station, which then gave us a 30 minute walk to our apartment. So we decided on a taxi, 30 minutes after waiting for a taxi, we were taken to our apartment. Apartment was large, clean, and in a good spot.
