Located in the quiet area of the passage in Concarneau. 2 mins from the sea and the coastal path, 800m from the first beach. 400m from all shops. Access to the city center and the port by the closed city (fortified city), crossing the channel by the ferry 1mn.
The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. A main room with fitted kitchen and a living room with sofa bed. A separate bedroom with a double bed.

Also available is a 6 m2 box in the courtyard for storing bikes and bulky items. In this room
