a quiet location but very close to the port of Concarneau

excellent house….almost new and well maintained. Very simple and minimalistic. Only criticism was lack of bedroom storage, no DVD player ( a must for non french speakers) and the rear garden area was unfinished but it is a work in progress. We had an enjoyable and excellent holiday there.

Wunderschöne Erholungsoase mit großem Garten

Das sehr gepflegte Haus liegt in einem kleinen Vorort von Concarneau (ca. 3km bis zur "Innenstadt") und entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen - eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Crepepfannen!), bequeme Betten, genügend leere Schränke/Schubladen zum Verräumen der eigenen Dinge, eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung..... Es sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos! Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet, um die Gegend zu erkunden (Concarneau, Glénan-Inseln, Quimper, Crozon-Halbinsel, Locronan, Quiberon und vieles mehr). Sowohl das Auto als auch die von uns mitgebrachten Fahrräder konnten wir sicher auf dem Grundstück abstellen. Ein Bäcker ist in Fußentfernung (10 Minuten) und der nächstgelegene Supermarkt mit dem Auto auch in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen großen Tisch, bequeme Stühle und einen Sonnenschirm - lediglich Gartenliegen sind nicht vorhanden - vielleicht werden die ja noch ergänzt :-) Vielleicht ist noch wichtig zu wissen, dass im TV keine deutschen Sender laufen - dies hat uns aber in keinster Weise gestört, wir hatten genug anderes Programm. Check-Inn und Check-Out waren völlig unkompliziert - gerne kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in die Region reisen werden.
