I feel for the price that we paid we should have had a premium experience but what we received was less than average. The menu was large but so many choices were unavailable we decided to eat lunch and dinner elsewhere both nights. For breakfast we ate there because it was included but the last morning only available choices were Tapa or pancakes. Also only stick coffee, no cold or hot brews available even though they are on the menu. We had two issues with the bathroom that were corrected and an issue with the aircon that was not fixed. The was fantastic but that was to be expected due to your location and your staff was phenomenal.

Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay.
