The facility was clean a bit dated but clean and yet the staff was not very accommodating nor nice at all. For the price, you get no extras. NO courtesy waters, the rooms have no cups or glasses for water, no ice buckets, etc. It was pretty scarce. Although I didn't verbally complain, I witness several people expressing the same sentiments as I had. Yet since my stay was less than 24 hrs, I just concluded it was fine for the night however, I will not be back again.

Reliable East Bay hotel. The only disappointments were: the sub-par gym (tiny; weights were incomplete) and the oddly lump pillows. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and like the establishment. Last night was different. Because I payed with Apple Pay, apparently the front desk couldn’t honor my reservation (without a physical card, which I don’t have - only my ID and other credit cards). I then had to wait in the lot for an hour while the front desk sorted it out with hotels.com. Upon finally getting that sorted out, the room was very warm and wouldn’t cool down. I tried opening the window but there was extremely loud music blasting from the hotel’s own exterior speakers (I’d originally figured it was a car in the parking lot), so instead I just barely slept in a hot room, after having kind of lousy customer service upon entrance. The room was otherwise clean, just painful check in process and uncomfortable noise/temp levels.
