This beautiful modern guest house offers a cozy retreat with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It features a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area for 4, and a comfortable living room space.

Upon entering the driveway, look for the sign marked "JR's Garage." Open the gate to your private patio space. The elegant barn doors lead you into the guest house.

As you step inside, please leave your shoes at the door to keep our floors and rugs clean.

The living room is equipped with a 55" smart TV mounted on a wall bracket that tilts up to 45 degrees. A dining table comfortably seats 4 people.

The guest house includes 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with a full-size shower, modern sink, and toilet.

The modern kitchen opens up to the backyard, which is shared with the main home's occupants. Please be respectful of the shared space.

There are ring doorbell cameras at the gate entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the gate.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception.
There's a private balcony or patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Cute stay

Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again.
