The Space:

Make your way up the quiet neighborhood to this peaceful retreat. Step through the front door into a spacious, modern home designed for comfort and relaxation.

The formal living area features a plush sofa facing a 65" smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and keeping everyone entertained.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven with a seamless cooktop, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

Enjoy meals at the eclectic dining table set for six, or explore nearby restaurants. Alternatively, DoorDash or Uber Eats can deliver great food options directly to your door.

The master suite offers a luxurious queen bed with hotel-quality bedding, a spacious closet, and a workspace with a desk and chair. A twin trundle provides additional sleeping space. The en-suite bath features an oversized glass shower and a vanity stocked with all essential toiletries.

Down the hall, the guest bathroom includes a relaxing bath with an overhead shower, toilet with a bidet, and a vanity with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

The fourth bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, twin trundle, and a dedicated desk and chair. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, twin trundle, and a workspace with a desk and chair.

Outdoor Space:

The private oasis includes a large (unheated) pool, perfect for swimming or relaxing on warm afternoons. Adjacent to the pool area is a fenced space ideal for yoga or workouts.

Pet Policy:

Furry friends are welcome! Pet fee: $200 per pet.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home. Your door code will work on all keyless entry locks.

The driveway accommodates 2 cars parked side by side. Additional free parking is available on the street.

Important Notes:

No Parties: Absolutely no parties allowed. The Westwood House is a sanctuary, not a party venue.

Pool Heating: The pool is not heated from October through April. It is naturally heated by the sun during the rest of the year.

There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All bookings are required to purchase rental damage protection without exception.
BY BOOKING THIS LISTING YOU AGREE TO:

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for spa, hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, pond, decks, railings, bunk beds accessible by ladders, etc. herein referred to as Special Feature. If so equipped, it is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Special Feature. Guest understands that the area surrounding Special Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are special risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Guest agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Special Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property including roof-tops. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make aware all occupant aware of risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against property owner or Manager for injuries or claims.

HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.
