Pas de nouvelle du propriétaire la veille du départ pour les conditions d'arrivée, malgré de nombreuses relance et un passage par le service client Annulation le matin même du séjour par sms mais pas sur le site donc pas de remboursement annoncé De nouveau service client qui demande d'attendre 48h Finalement message pour dire que ce n'était pas lui qui remboursait et obligée de demander l'annulation du séjour sur site pour avoir le remboursement Conclusion de notre week-end : nous avons dû trouver un autre logement en dernière minute, 2x plus cher pour honorer notre promesse à nos enfants Et sans dédommagement pour le préjudice Je pense que nous ne repasserons jamais par le site abritel!
