The room was a great size, property was nice and quiet (April 2). Access to the waterpark is wonderful. My only recommendation is for late arrival check-in process to be easier. I was a guest off-season so I understand staffing, svcs, etc. are reduced (official check-in is a two hour window, 5p-7p).

Located in the centre of town, clean, good sized room with en suite. Lovely comfortable bed, and a quiet location. Welcoming host.

We had a great week here. The house is well-equipped, and the pool is great — perfect for a group holiday. We left with plenty of happy memories. The only downside has been what happened afterwards. Two weeks on, we’re still dealing with a waste disposal fine we believe is unfair, with very unclear communication from the host. During the stay, the only issue raised with us was fixed straight away, and nothing more was mentioned. It’s a shame, because instead of just remembering the holiday, we’ve ended up discussing this when we get together. The place itself is fantastic and we’d have rated the stay higher if not for the post-holiday dispute.(Traduction automatique)Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ici. Check in was poor. They sent message not received. Spent 1.5hr sat on pavement before finally communicating and letting ourselves in. No ability to get any food. Had to find take away. No ac so room temp >30oC overnight. Little sleep Breakfest rudimentary. Staff un engaging

We enjoyed a quite outstanding evening meal cooked by the owner. It was original and delicious. The hotel itself was quirky, albeit in a good way. Old fashioned and probably in need of a facelift; but as a taste of rural France, hard to beat.
