Very up-to-date, independent kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the necessary kitchen utensils to cook in the apartment.
Bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and a built-in wardrobe. It offers air conditioning. Despite being in the center of town, the area is quiet and ideal for relaxation. The sheets are included in the rent.

To go to the center of the town we take Virgen de la Luz in the opposite direction to the sea until we reach Pascual Junquera street until we reach the Arco de la Villa, considered the central point of the historic center of Conil.
