Hotel really nice, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only a couple of things thst could be changed....tea spoons instead of wooden stirrers, biscuits in room, dog bed and bowl would be a nice touch too when u are staying with your pooch.

We were greeted with a smile on our arrival, and it was a good start to our lovely relaxing break. Staff were helpful and friendly. We chose to eat at the hotel on both evenings of our stay. This hotel is amazing, we will definitely be returning on our next trip to north wales! Room, restaurant, spa, location, views. All absolutely incredible. The staff were also very friendly and professional.

Nice, clean property with plenty of parking. Staff were all great and there to help. unfortunately it felt short staffed as there were long waiting times for food and drinks, but staff worked their socks off to satisfy customers. Management should address this especially at busier times of the year.

Great hotel and staff

Very nice stay in a lovely location. Would definitely stay again and plan to. My only one issue was the noise of machinery which im guessing was washing and drying facilities
