C & C AL MARE is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. Plenty of room for the cars and boat, only a short walk to the beach, playground, hotel and tennis courts.
Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/ceramic cook top, DeLonghi coffee machine (BYO ground coffee), kettle, toaster, bread maker. Dining area with table/chairs, living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, non smart TV, L shaped lounge.
3 bedrooms - main bedroom with ceiling fan/light - pedestal fans available for other bedrooms. Main bathroom with vanity, shower, separate w/c. Laundry with top loading washing machine, laundry trough. clothes airer.
Rear yard with clothesline, under cover fish cleaning facility.
Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) bed 3 - bunk bed.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
