Everything you need, great location, lovely staff

We loved everything about this hotel except the fact we didn’t really get much sleep for the two nights we were there. There’s not much they can do about the noise from the bars and restaurants but I think they could let their perpetual clients know upon booking that this is the situation and that way they can make an informed decision to go forward with their booking based on all the information.

Beautiful stay! Great location across the road from the beach. Great hotel amenities - room service, onsite restaurants, pool. Rooms are a little small (especially bathroom), but we loved our ocean view balcony room. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Place was dirty and overflowing with other people's personal belongings all over the floor in the common space in the room. Couldn't access my bed without tip toeing around other people's open suit cases and had no space for my stuff. Felt like people were living there and that I was an inconvenience living in their space. Management should try and enforce guests treating communal spaces better.
