The house is only 1 mile from the park and a block away from the grocery store, McDonalds and more. The Baseball Hall of Fame, The Farmers’ Museum, The Fenimore Art Museum, restaurants, shops and Otsego Lake are all just minutes away in The Village of Cooperstown. It is also conveniently located near the famed New York Beverage Trail, with Brewery Ommegang, Red Shed Brewery and Cooperstown Brewery all located within a 4 mile radius.
The main Federal House is a historic, 5-bedroom, two-story home built in 1814. It was remodeled in 2003, adding modern amenities such as central air conditioning and a large in ground swimming pool. This entertainment-oriented home sits on over 5 acres of land and features a updated country kitchen, dining room with table for 12, living room, game room, pool and patio. There are 5 bedrooms in the Main Federal House including a 1st floor primary suite with full bathroom.
