Room was nice, quiet and good bed too! Week day in the restaurant was good, but overwhelmed on the weekend with not enough staff. I feel bad for a couple of the employees that were basically there open to close, again because they were short staffed! The rooms need hooks to hang coats and ski pants etc. and definitely a safe for security sakes! A couple improvements and this would be a great spot to stay! If they get the restaurant sorted it would be a big bonus and they can capture the hotel guests!? The restaurants in the resort are mediocre at best compared to neighboring resorts and Dillon or Frisco!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The ac didn’t work though and kept shutting off and just blowing air instead of cold air. There was one person working breakfast some people waited 45 minutes for a cappuccino. We ended up grabbing food on the way to ski instead.

The room was nice and clean. Was disappointed that i had to pay a resort fee because the hotel is situated in a resort area, but the hotel itself is not a resort- it is a basic hotel. I had to pay $50 parking fee- which was not advertised at time of booking- and the parking lot was full of snow which made it hard to park. Nice place if you just need a bed to sleep in.

The staff at this hotel blatantly lied to me in order to get me to book the hotel. I had a pipe burst at my house and needed somewhere to stay for the evening. I called this hotel to explicitly ask if their hot tub was up and running, given that would be the only reason I would stay here vs. competitor properties. They put me on hold while "going to check" for about 5-10 minutes, then informed me it was working, and tried to offer me a direct, more competitive deal outside of Expedia. I ended up booking through Expedia anyway. After arriving at the property, I was promptly told the hot tubs are out of service and had been for some time. Other amenities, such as WiFi and TV streaming did not work either. This hotel completely lied to my face just to get me to book.

It’s winter, we came to Colorado for hot tub vibes. We get there and we were in a handicap bathroom. The hot tub was broke the whole stay. I messaged for cleaning and the room was never cleaned, nor did we receive any towels.
