Sea view from all the rooms which are air conditioned with 2 kitchens all equipped with high-end equipment, 6 bedrooms including a dormitory that can accommodate up to 9 people 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs / 80-inch giant TV screen with blue ray DVD player and BOSE home cinema / 10M X 4M swimming pool with pool house, luxury 7-seater SPA including 3 elongated, more than 150M ² of tiled terraces and 250 M ² of magnificent synthetic lawn, lighted barbecue and pétanque court, everything is thought out to allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday ....... with the "bonus" of a breathtaking sunset over the sea !! The access road to the villa was completed in 2017, it is new and entirely concrete.
