Detached house on 2 levels comprising a kitchen/living room (wood stove), a laundry room (fridge, freezer and washing machine), a bathroom (shower and WC), a living room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 single bed 90x190 cm / 2 double beds 140x190 cm), a mezzanine (1 double bed 140x190 cm) closed by a curtain, separate WC with hand basin. Reinforced Green Up socket for electric car (paid access). Carport for 1 car and private outdoor parking for 2 cars. Detached country house, next to the owners' house, benefiting from a large flat plot with an unobstructed view of the massif, on the edge of the GRP Tour de Chartreuse leading to St Pierre d'Entremont, a commercial village. Private outdoor space with deckchairs and a table for lunch. No internet connection (technical constraints) but 4G coverage. In the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park, in the Entremonts Valley, a hamlet surrounded by nature located 2.7 km from St Pierre d'Entremont. Rivier'Alp leisure center (natural ecological swimming) at Les Echelles is 11 km away, Aigubelette Lake is 21 km away (swimming and water sports except motorboats). A prime location for walks and hikes (marked trail from the cottage) as well as the Hauts Plateaux Nature Reserve. Finally, Isabelle will introduce you to her passion for stained glass work as well as all the artisans of the valley.
