The house has spacious environments, is comfortable, relaxed and with a modern and eclectic decoration. It overlooks the mountains and the neighborhood (Estancia Q2) has tennis courts, paddle courts and a supply supply within the neighborhood. For golf lovers, it is very close to the EL Terron golf courts in Mendiolaza and Cordoba Golf Club at Villa Allende. At Villa Allende, which is two kilometers away, there is a varied gastronomic offer.
