Casa Dolce with private plunge pool

Casa Dolce is a sweet and welcoming stone-built village house with 5 bedrooms dating back to the 18th century. Carefully restored to the highest standard and full of character, the property can comfortably sleep 8 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors and even offers a lovely private plunge pool on the rooftop terrace. The villa is located in the picturesque village of Agrafoi, one of the most beautiful villages of North Corfu. A unique opportunity to live like a local in a truly Corfiot environment yet close to the sandy beaches of north-west Corfu. Privacy, space, seclusion, modern amenities yet in a quiet village environment are the unique features of this welcoming house!



Inside, the house has been totally renovated in perfect harmony with the Corfiot traditions. Antique pieces enrich the large lounges and bedrooms, while the whitewashed stone walls and beamed ceilings provide a feel of space and freedom. The entrance to Casa Dolce is from the furnished front patio, covered in scented wisteria. The main door opens onto two adjoining lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, beautiful wooden cupboards and even a large dining table that once was used in the Achilleion (the summer residence of Princess Sissy of Austria). Satellite TV (free international channels), air-conditioning and wi-fi internet (free of charge) are available. The separate kitchen, large and welcoming, is fully equipped with all the most modern appliances including a professional cooker (5 cooking rings, large oven), American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a beautiful double bedroom suite (with air-conditioning and en-suite shower room) as well as a useful extra WC for guests.

Stairs lead up to the upper floor with 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and a twin, and a family shower room with washing machine. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature high ceilings as well as large windows opening onto the alleys of the village.



Patio doors lead up to the huge roof terrace, which is one of the highlights of Casa Dolce. Providing sensational views over the village and the green hills beyond, the terrace is furnished with a large dining table where all the guests can dine together while enjoying the peace and the gentle breeze. The terraces also boosts a pleasant private plunge pool (measuring 4m x 2m, depth. 1.2m) perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day on the beach while enjoying the views with a glass of wine. Public off street parking (free of charge) is also available.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, weekly maid service, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. Please note that the caretaker will visit the villa every 2 days to clean the pool and check the levels of the chemicals.
