The ground floor features a bright and airy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for home-cooked meals, and a comfortable dining area. The space is designed for relaxation and socializing, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The house includes two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds—both thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. On the upper floor, the attic provides additional sleeping arrangements with one double bed, two single beds, and an air mattress, making it ideal for larger groups or families; plus, an extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed located on the floor.

With two bathrooms for added convenience, this home ensures a comfortable and stress-free stay. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you may need, including air conditioning and a 42" smart TV for your entertainment.
Guests will have exclusive access to the property, as well as shared access to the common pool, which is used by only two houses.
