'Detached house immersed in the nature of the countryside close to the Roman castles. 8000square meters of private garden and olive groves. Home suitable for families with children. The silence is special about the house. The only cars that come are those who come to the house. The owners live in a house next door, where they produce the products that their land has to offer. For our guests, there are board games, ping pong table, small outdoor pool and other entertainment. During their stay, guests will be offered a tasting of typical local products (cheese, salami, bread and local wine). With all the comforts, the house is not only ideal for a relaxing holiday in a natural and genuine taste, but also to visit the interesting surroundings : GIULIANELLO, historic medieval town with its small lake, which occupies the bottom of a crater of explosive origin.At 15 km you will find the gardens of Ninfa, declared a Natural Monument. TIVOLI with its wonderful villas (Villa Adriana and Villa D'Este), and its spa. 3 weeks summer stay

My family really enjoyed our stay in this property. Armando, the property manager, is a great host. He gave us really useful suggestions about places to visit and activities to do in the surrounding area. We visited Rome, went to the beach in Sabaudia and enjoyed the Cori countryside. The property was in excellent condition, very clean and with an excellent Wi-Fi. The swimming pool was also quite relaxingm The check-in and check-out were stress free. I would strongly recommend this property to families with children.

A wonderful holiday home

We stayed for a week at Armando’s place. We were a family of four with children aged 7 and 5. The whole experience was outstanding. The children had plenty of space to enjoy and the whole place was well equipped. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet. A perfect base to explore a more authentic side to Italy. We even managed a couple of day trips into Rome. Armando was very accommodating and welcomed us when we arrived late after midnight. A great place to stay, Thank you!

Toller Sommerurlaub

Armando und seine Familie haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und wir konnten uns von Beginn an wie Zuhause fühlen in der liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Entspannung pur beim Grillen auf der schattigen Terrasse, planschen im eigenen Pool oder genießen des Sonnenuntergangs mit musikalischer Begleitung durch Grillenkonzerte. Bei Fragen, Tipps oder Hilfebedarf war Armando schnell zur Stelle, besser geht's nicht.Danke und bis bald. Arrividerci!

Toller Urlaub!

Wir waren 14 Nächte im schönen Ferienhaus mitten im Olivenhain. Das Haus ist schlicht und rustikal, genau wie wir es wollten. Super war, dass es eine fantastische Klimaanlage hat, die wir bei den Temperaturen wirklich gut gebrauchen konnten. Der Pool war war ein Genuss, das Wasser sauber und zur Alleinbenutzung. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und wunderschön und trotzdem eingezäunt. An der Tischtennisplatte hatten alle viel Spaß! Der Vermieter war sehr sehr nett und hat uns mit diversen Tipps und Empfehlungen geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Haus liegt abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Sehr angenehm. Trotzdem ist die Zufahrt kein Problem. Auf dem Hauseigenen Parkplatz wurde sogar ein Sonnensegel für das Auto angebracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Empfehlung pur! Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und einem Teenager zu Gast und alle waren glücklich. W-lan funktionierte einwandfrei.

Great host, with accommodation with lots of privacy and comfort like home

We stayed with Armando for 2 weeks. Contact went well before and during our stay. Sometimes with the help of Google Translate, but nevertheless we were confronted with an incredibly warm personality. The air conditioning and dishwasher were broken and a new one was installed the next day. He especially found it annoying for us and apologized often. He also regularly inquired whether everything was satisfactory and recommended good parking for our visit to Rome. The pool was clean and a lovely temperature. The house is actually more beautiful than it appears in the photos. If I had to think of one point for improvement, that's it. Lovely quiet environment. Our dog also loved the enormous garden. Thanks again Armando! We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this stay.

È difficile racchiudere in poche righe l'esperienza che abbiamo appena fatto, la casa è in una posizione perfetta perché lontano dal caos ed immersa nel verde, ma allo stesso tempo molto comoda per spostarsi e visitare i dintorni. Accessoriata davvero di tutto con un portico dove poter cenare al fresco e una grandissima piscina, molto apprezzata dai bambini. Armando un padrone di casa simpatico, discreto e disponibilissimo, sempre pronto a dare un consiglio sui luoghi da visitare. Esperienza top 🔝

Ein toller Urlaub!!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt! Die Ferienwohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, zur Verfügung gehabt. Der Pool ist echt Klasse, sehr sauber, es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und eine hart umgekämpfte Hängematte und ein riesiges Areal laden zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben eine tolle Gastfreundschaft kennenlernen dürfen, Armando war jederzeit hilfsbereit, aber niemals aufdringlich. Es war kaum zu spüren, dass die Familie nur wenige Meter von der Ferienwohnung entfernt wohnt. Auch die Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten ist top, Rom ist nur 50km entfernt, sogar Neapel und Pompeji sind im Tagesausflug gut machbar. Aber auch zu empfehlen ist ein Tag am Pool und ein leckerer Grillabend! Wir sind alle gut erholt nach Hause gefahren und hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Lieben Dank dafür!!

Rust en ruimte op het “platte land” van Lazio.

Fijne woning met veel buitenruimte. Zeer gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaar. Leuke tip was het optreden van een coverband van The Police De buitendouche en het zwembad zijn zeer aangenaam met temperaturen van 30-40’. Locatie aan de voet van een berggebied en de andere kant op vlak landbouwgebied met heel veel fruit en olijven teelt richting de zee. “Hoog” Cori is een mooi dorp met veel leuke terrasjes en restaurantjes die absoluut niet toeristisch zijn.

We hebben een geweldige tijd in casa raponi! De gastheer Armando is in 1 woord geweldig! Wil je ergens lekker eten? Dan reserveert hij voor je en wordt je super ontvangen! Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und mehr als allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Wir waren vier Menschen und ein Hund und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Armando ist ein zauberhafter, freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns jederzeit hilfreich zur Seite stand, aber ansonsten absolut zurückhaltend agiert. Rom und das Meer sind je rund 50min entfernt. In 10min ist man einem wunderbaren ruhigen See. Wie kommen wieder!

Un posto dove tornare e ritornare ancora!

E' molto difficile fare una recensione su questo posto e questa vacanza senza sembrare retorici e interessati... Ci ho pensato a lungo e ancora non so se troverò le parole giuste. Premetto che la nostra voleva essere una settimana di solo ed esclusivo relax, quindi senza alcuno spostamento. Qui non solo abbiamo trovato il relax totale in un enorme giardino con ulivi e alberi da frutta, ma una casa davvero confortevole e pulitissima, dotata di tutto quanto possa servirvi in vacanza e, comunque, nel caso mancasse qualcosa Armando e Rosita provvedono in un attimo. La piscina è stata davvero tanto apprezzata sia da me che dai ragazzi, molto grande rispetto a quelle fuori terra che solitamente si trovano nelle case in affitto, in posizione ottima in quanto sempre al sole e quindi perfetta per prendere il sole anche stando in acqua, per di più la vista sulle colline tutt'attorno ti fa sentire davvero bene. Il patio per mangiare, sempre con vista su ulivi e colline è spettacolare, così come l'amaca, posizionati entrambi perfettamente per godersi i tramonti bellissimi con un buon calice di vino in mano! Ma tutto questo è il solo aspetto estetico e materiale, a Casa Raponi c'è molto, molto di più... c'è il rispetto, la libertà, l'ospitalità, la disponibilità assoluta dei proprietari e volendo anche tanto divertimento, io non potrò mai dimenticare la bellissima serata tra pizze cotte nel grande forno a legna e musica dal vivo e ottima compagnia, abbiamo cucinato, faticato e alla fine ce la siamo goduta appieno compreso bagno notturno in piscina per i più piccoli! Grazie, grazie davvero di tutto e anche di più, speriamo di tornare presto a goderci tutto questo. Un abbraccio a te Armando, a Rosita e un buffetto a Birillo, anche da Nymeria

Ottima soluzione per la nostra vacanza ideale

La casa è tranquilla e ben organizzata e permette di godersi gli spazi in pieno relax, la piscina è stata una manna e considerato che è di uso esclusivo è anche di dimensioni superiori alla media. Armando è stato sempre disponibile e allo stesso tempo discreto, abbiamo fatto qualche piacevole chiacchierata e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per goderci al meglio la vacanza. Da qui siamo partiti con la nostra auto per brevi gite verso i Castelli Romani e gite giornaliere verso Roma e verso Napoli. La sistemazione è perfetta per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla lontani dal caos, o per chi è disposto a guidare e vuole usarla come punto di partenza per visitare più destinazioni, o per chi, come noi, desidera un pò tutte e due le cose :-)
