Only thing I had an issue with was the cleanliness of the rooms , as there was a bag of beef jerky open a behind my bed , sheets weren’t done when we arrived. Air vents to the heating and cooling system needs to be cleaned as a lot of dust come out of it , also it could start a fire as there blocked with lint and dust. The walls could be washed down at least every 3 months as there was a lot of spillage and dirt on the wall. Other than that the employees are wonderful they do their jobs well, and the property is very safe , the lounge is beautiful and kept up.

Restaurant was good. The hotel was much older than I expected. The shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink area which I found rather odd. The shower was extremely small and had barely enough room to move around. The tv didn’t work unfortunately and even after getting staff help it wouldn’t work. The key card also stopped working after we arrived and had to get them to get us new key cards. I understand it’s an old building but it was a bit of a hassle having to keep contacting the front desk after driving for over 4 hours and just wanted to relax. I hate to say it but the front desk clerk/manager seemed like they hated their job and was kind of rude and not professional at all. I definitely won’t stay here again.

I rented two hotel rooms for my sons 15th birthday. The reason I rented this place was because of the pool. When we arrived the pool was out of order and has been for two weeks. The rooms are very dated. The key card continuously stopped working. We had to have them reset at least 10 times in one night. I would never book this hotel again.

We had a pet friendly room and the smell was awful. Not from our dogs either. The whole hall on that floor smelled like pee. The room itself is outdated. The toilet wouldnt stop running and there was a funny smell in there too. There were also some stains on the bedding. The lady working when we first arrived was kind and helped us out with check in. The man working when we left didn't turn his head away from the computer screen, never smiled or thanked us for staying. Nothing.
