Front yard features a private pond (about ⅔ acre) : fish from a rustic rowboat, paddle a canoe, swim in the pond, or skate on it. Relax in the afternoon in a comfy hammock. Soak in the greenery/fall colors/snow while exploring the paths in the woods. Indulge in a meal or sip a drink on the deck. Gather around the roomy campfire in comfy Adirondack chairs.

3-bedroom, 2-full bath roomy home, fully-equipped. Owners live in an attached, but completely separate apartment downstairs. A friendly Golden Retriever welcomes you to his outdoor space. Children very welcome. Pets welcome, with pre-approval.

Beautiful views of the pond and woods. Refreshing breezes in main living areas, or curl up in front of a cozy woodstove, depending on the season. Fully-equipped kitchen for making family meals. Large table expanding to seat 8-10. Full board-game closet. Outdoor deck with picnic table seating for 8-12. Master bedroom en suite opens to the deck. Second full bathroom serves the other 2 bedrooms. Hardwood and laminate flooring throughout the home, with area rugs. Ample outdoor parking. Home is located on one level, but there are some steps to get into the home.
