The property was wonderful! We had a great relaxing week, the hot tub was great and it was a short walk to the beach. The only thing that got us was all the stairs that we had to endure to get to the living area and the bedrooms, however it gave us some exercise. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone and would book it again.

Family Trip

Overall our family enjoyed our stay. It was in close proximity to things, was clean, and had all the amenities described, and was a short walk to the beach. The house needs an update though. The toaster barely worked, there were patched unpainted holes in some of the walls, burn marks on the couch, a couple door knobs were loose on bedroom doors, and the outside shower door rusted off the hinges.

Great stay but be careful of the roof!

This was a lovely house with an amazing hot tub and cute rooms. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves a short walk to the ocean! The house was very clean when we arrived, and check in/ out was simple. The only changes that could’ve been made during our stay were maybe getting a newer stove. We had issues using it since it was outdated. The other issue we had was a wind gust had lifted up the roof which was not in good condition up, and blew nails all over the front porch. We were careful when sweeping the nails up, but the roof needs to be looked at because having nails fall on the porch from the roof was unnerving.

Nice house, great location with minor issues

The house was in a great proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and our family of 6 had a great time there. However the house was not in a clean condition. Whoever washed the dishes from the prior tenants, did not remove the dishes from the dishwasher(made us wander if they were washed at all). It isn't the best way to greet new guests by giving them chores right away. Upstairs, in the living room area, the floors were dusty, with visible clots of hair and dead insects. Aside from that, we managed to have a pleasant stay.

A clean & inviting beach house!

We rented for the Thanksgiving weekend to be near family. The house is located close to Corolla center so it is convenient. It is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and Village Reality couldn't have made it easier for us to get in & out of the house. Their mobile app is a breeze to use, they left a nice welcome packet, and they set the tone with cute beach decor cups and tableware on the counter! The house was very clean, especially for a pet friendly location. Many Thanks!
