The room & hotel were clean and attractive. Very friendly staff & a nice coffee and hot water station available in the lobby. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

It was nice, peaceful and quiet

Fantastic place - owners were excellent, very communicative. One toilet and one shower in separate rooms were not working. Not a big inconvenience. Air filters need replacing. Amazing location in OBX. Would love to stay here again.

House/property was everything we needed. Check in process was very easy, location was perfect. We saw the wild horses every day, which was fantastic! We had no issues, so did not need to contact the owner during our stay, but prior to the stay, owner was very responsive.

We go every year about this time and it's great. Staying here gives you permission to park across the street and have passes to the beach at the community of million $ homes. SWEET. They shared that while the summer was good the fall has been awful. I blame the Orange Failure in our white house for scaring everyone away!
