Zuri resort was beautiful and had friendly helpful staff. We really enjoyed our time there. The only negative was that a couple pools including the children’s pool was under maintenance and I chose my hotels based on kid friendly and fun, so that was a little disappointing.

Pictures matched the property. The staff were friendly but did not always provide consistent and accurate information (e.g., how much a ride in the scooter would cost). Good breakfast but service at breakfast was variable and on some days absent. Overall good hotel to stay at.

I think this place is a 4 star place. I loved the room, great Buffett breakfast but service was more 4 star worthy. For dinner, we didn’t get the best service as other resorts but I think considering the rate and other strong qualities it’s a solid 4. I would stay here again and recommend to others but just setting the expectations. Omar did show us outstanding service in the restaurants, wanted to mention him.

Excellent staff, great pools with pool bars and facilities available up to 12 am. Restaurant availability until 10 pm. Spa service very good and open in the evening. Good food, probably quite overpriced. The only missing factor is that it is not beach front but you have a view on the ocean. I would definitely recommend it

Great professional helpful staff. Big clean nicely decorated rooms. Restaurant was a little slow in getting food orders out. The breakfast buffet was good and different offerings every morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Coron.

Amazing experience

We recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and had an amazing experience. The room was incredibly spacious, well-furnished, and offered a breathtaking bay view, making for a relaxing and scenic stay. One of the highlights was the wonderful pool area, which was not only well-maintained but also featured a bar facility, allowing guests to enjoy refreshing drinks while lounging. Heated pool was wonderful. Not the resort’s fault but the sewage smell in the area made it unbearable to sit outside and enjoy the sun and view. Close proximity to coron town was convenient. There were always trikes available to take you in, ~30 pesos/person.
