This ground floor beachfront 1 Bedroom deluxe has a private patio that borders a nice grassy area and allows you to access the boardwalk directly from the unit. The Deluxe 1 Bedrooms are 1000 square feet and feature a fully equipped kitchen and full bath. With a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper this studio will accomodate up to 4 people. With the beach just steps out the patio door and easy access to the pool and hot tub, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. This Condominium Property is located just a few minutes from downtown Port Aransas, the La Palmilla golf course, shopping, beach access, and restaurants. This is a Non-Smoking condominium and No pets are allowed.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

We left 2 days into a 4 day stay. The room needs a makeover by someone who knows how to provide both light and privacy. If you open the heavy drapes, you're exposed to the comings and goings of everyone, plus the gardner. If you close them, you're in a cave. While the "walk out to the beach" feature seems like a plus, if you do that you're leaving the place unlocked. The kitchen was very poorly furnished.

It was wonderful! The location is right next door to the front desk so a litte loud from time to time however, it didn't bother us! The beach was gorgeous and the sand was HOT on the beach walkway so wear shoes for sure!! The employees were kind and helpful. Don't forget the coffee bar down the hall!! I would absolutely go here again!

Nice Unit

Clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Walking distance to the ocean. I like to slip out the back door and walk down the path to the beach. The coffee bar is also a nice convenience. The complex is only 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants of the quaint town of Port Aransas.

The place was hard to find, the pool and hot tub heaters were both broken and we were not informed at check-in. There were exposed The curtins did not completely cover the windows so covethwindows windows so we felt we did not have privacy.

It checked all the boxes but it was anything exciting. Small things were not done well cleanliness of the room and kitchen appliances. Front door not working with key card for early morning. Small things but it made the stay less inviting.

Fabulous Condo

We loved this King Deluxe Condo a lot. The pictures delivered in spades. We enjoyed the location and the access to the beach. Everything was well appointed and we loved the coffee bar on the main floor. The front desk staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. They truly made us feel welcome. We loved this first visit to Port A and we'll be back!

Our stay at Casa Condominiums was absolutely perfect! As a single mom to two littles, safety and location are a huge factor when booking somewhere to stay. I felt incredibly safe here! Our room was steps from the ocean which made travel to the beach a breeeze. The condo was spotless and very inviting! We will be back again soon!
